Project: To prepare and set up Research Centres for environmental and climate studies, palaeogeography and palaeoclimatology; for the study of cultural traditions regarding water preservation and regarding the interaction between man and environment,
which not only follow very closely all developments regarding the environment and climate variation and change, but which also design, simulate, calculate and evaluate pro-active projects that can contribute significantly to climate stabilization. Such projects cannot succeed unless they take into account local customs and traditions and their technologies and knowledge systems with regard to water conservation.

Would it indeed be possible to formulate convincing, pro-active projects that can contribute significantly to climate stabilization? If efforts are made in that direction, it will be difficult for such projects to succeed unless they take into account local customs and traditions and their technologies and knowledge systems with regard to water conservation and management.
